U-Car Owners and Drivers.

In an effort to improve driver safety in the U-Car division at Old Dominion Speedway, the 2005 U-Car track rules have been amended to require use of neck collars by drivers, effective immediately.

Neck collars will be required equipment for drivers for the U-Car race on October 22, 2005 and for all U-Car races thereafter.
