Give them something they will never forget! Our Hospitality Pavilion is the perfect way to entertain a special group of people. Whether it’s a company outing or team building event, entertaining clients, or a special birthday event, why not impress your guests with an action packed night at the races.
The Hospitality Pavilion is located adjacent to the final turn, just behind the grandstand of the circle track and just after the starting line of the drag strip. You will have a private entrance that takes you right to your reserved seating.The Pavilion can accommodate groups of 10 to 150 underneath, plus up to 500 more immediately adjacent. Each Party at Old Dominion comes with reserved seating at either track, the private Hospitality Pavilion, and a delicious prepared meal served with beer and soft drinks.

At Old Dominion Speedway, we offer a variety of packages to meet your needs. We can customize your experience to make your party one that your guests will soon not forget.
Party packages are made up of your catering selection, bar option and Pavilion rental. All catering packages include:
- Festive atmosphere
- Tickets to the races
- Pre-race pit passes for all of your guests
- Reserved grandstand seating for all of your guest
- Buffet dinner and beverage available
Hospitality Pavilion Rental
Enjoy the privacy of your new Hospitality Pavilion situated in the heart of Old Dominion Speedway. The Pavilion can accommodate up to 15 tables, with each table in the seating up to 10 guests. For larger parties, up to 500 additional people can be seated around the Pavilion.
For smaller groups of 30 and under, we suggest purchasing the numbers of tables necessary to accommodate your guests. For groups 30-50, we suggest purchasing half of the tent. For larger groups, the entire tent is available, plus we can create an ideal atmosphere using the grounds surrounding the Pavilion as well.
For groups larger than 40, Fosters Grille will cater at the Hospitality Pavilion.

- Individual table rental - $50.00
- Half the Pavilion - $150.00
- Entire Pavilion - $300.00
- Customized Pavilion Grounds Priced upon request
- Hospitality Pavilion requires a minimum party of 10 people.
- Indoor Party Room - $150.00
