The Old Dominion Speedway UCAR division is designed to promote a greater interest in Stock Car Racing at the least cost possible. Participation in this class allows drivers and teams to learn track procedures, racing manners, and have FUN. All cars must be stock in every way except as modifications allowed by these rules in the interest of safety. The word "STOCK" means as it came from the factory for the particular make, model and year for a car. In some respects, this philosophy is a throwback to NASCAR stockcar racing as it started in 1949. Any reference to NASCAR LMSC rule or section within these rules refers to the 2004 NASCAR Rule Book. These rules are subject to amendment at any time when notice has been given. Notice shall be deemed effective within two (2) weeks of the rule amendment and posting of the rule change by Old Dominion Speedway(ODS).
